As of January 1, 2013 we are seeking "WORSHIP LEADERS" who will be in charge of leading edgy, diverse, modern, loud, high-energy (i.e. Hillsong, Lincoln Brewster, Tomlin, Israel, etc) worship bands with corresponding media applications each week at multiple services at one of our new campuses in Central NC or in Columbia, SC.
Applicants must be able to express a total worship ministry philosophy, work well with strong pastoral leadership, and be accountable. They must be passionate about their call to ministry and be_noemailmitted to ministry not just performance. They must be able to lead multiple worship services. The ideal candidate is one who has a vibrant walk with God, a pioneering evangelistic spirit, and is in tune with popular culture. He/she will be a good administrator, detail-oriented, teachable, and willing to work within our vision of Reach, Teach & Release. Must be able to roll with the punches and be flexible!
- Minimum of 1 year experience leading worship in a church of 250 or more.
- Trained and proficient in vocal and instrumental music.
- Basic music theory & music performance skills required.
- Bare bones ability to lead an engage & entire congregation by yourself
- Must be advanced on either Guitar or Keys
All educational levels are encouraged to apply, but a college graduate with ministry & leadership experience, or equivalent real world music ministry experience, is preferred.

These are part-time positions that can grow into a full-time position as your campus grows and thrives. Compensation will depend on the candidate's education, experience, ability, and life situation. Our candidate will be expected to hold one rehearsal per week in addition to leading all the Sunday celebrations along with some office hours and leadership meetings. This position will report to the Worship Arts Pastor and will have a "dotted-line" to the Campus Pastor.
