This position is open to someone with extensive knowledge of_noemailputers, that is very detail-oriented, and that has strong_noemailmunication skills (both written and verbal). Applicants should be able to triage and troubleshoot_noemailmon hardware and software issues, provide end-user support and training, and possess the ability to prioritize and to meet deadlines. One to three years experience in Customer Service, preferably in IT. Applicant must possess the ability to effectively interact with a variety of personalities under potentially stressful situations.
Assist in supporting desktop/laptop hardware and peripherals.
Troubleshoot_noemailmon hardware/software issues.
Provide end-user support and training.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Highly developed_noemailmunication skills (written and verbal). Experience creating user manuals and other training materials preferred.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
Ability to quickly gain skills and knowledge needed to ove_noemaile challenges that arise.
Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
