Job Qualifications

Ø Excellent oral and written English
Ø Received training or have experience in the field(s) of Children's ministry in a church context, or Christian education, children's education or educational administration.
Ø Received training or have experience in biblical studies.
Ø Cross-cultural or urban work experience highly desired. Be able to work well with people of different cultural and denominational backgrounds.
Ø Personal qualities: self motivated, creative, flexible, enthusiastic, tactful, patient, and relational. Demonstrated leadership capability. Be a_noemailmitted Christian, living a God-honoring life.
Less qualified applicants will be considered for the coordinator position.

Job Responsibilities

v To craft, lead and coordinate the Watermark Community Church program for children in accordance to the vision of WCC, leading kids closer to God, each other and the world around them.
v Impart clear vision for kids ministry within the larger church context. Through a God-focused vision, motivate staff and volunteers to implement vision.
v Conceive and source education initiatives. Continually cultivate and develop a dynamic curriculum for the ongoing growth of the children.
v Recruit and train qualified leaders to participate in kids ministry, throughout the week. Engage in volunteer_noemailmunication, ongoing relationships, encouragement and appreciation.
v Initiate potential ministry opportunities within the local_noemailmunity, engaging children, families and church members in_noemailmunity involvement that allows for gospel impact that shapes everyday life.
v Coordinate logistics in relation to classroom space, materials, records and needs.
v Formulate annual budget and forecast. Review, monitor and control financial position of the ministry.
