Role Specific Responsibilities:
Staff development - Assist Lead Pastor with leadership training and development strategies, develop systems to maintain excellence in all areas
Organizational oversight - Human resources, financial processes, facility management, expansion projects
Strategic Planning - Monitoring statistics to anticipate future ministry and facility needs
Skills needed: the ability to equip and develop others, the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, a working knowledge of church budgeting processes, the ability to create management and development systems, excellent listening and_noemailmunication skills (written and verbal)
We are looking for someone who loves God and loves people and has a heart for mobilizing people into ministry. This leader should be able to attract, develop and empower high capacity leaders. This position requires well-developed administrative management skills and the ability to oversee multiple leaders and projects simultaneously. A qualified candidate would be a positive risk taker who likes to work hard, have fun, and create effective meinistry. It is expected that this person's current life would give evidence of someone who is actively making disciples of others.
