Job Description
Maintain all financial records of the church.
Process and record all contributions and i_noemaile.
Process and record all accounts payable.
Provide weekly and monthly financial reports for the use of Staff and Finance Committee.
Produce required contribution statements for all donors.
Execute all payroll functions.
Make regular bank deposits.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma
Computer proficiency: Excel, Word, Quick Books,
Preferred Experience: ACS technologies -- Finance, Contribution, Accounts Payable and Receivable Modules
