Water of Life Community Church is a diverse, non-denominational evangelical charismatic church that offers a variety of ministries and activities for all ages. Water of Life is intentional about building relationships through small groups and ministry involvement.

The church was established in 1990. It is a fellowship that rose from a men's Bible study that had grown together with a_noemailmitment to seek God's plan as a church family. Today, the church has grown to a weekly attendance of over 7,500 across three regional campuses. The culture is fast, fluid, and flexible, with a team dedicated to serving their church and_noemailmunity, as they thrive in seeing the life-transforming power of Jesus Christ in the people they serve.

The Associate Pastor of Children's Ministry will develop a safe, fun, spiritually-nurturing PS-4th grade environment and programming that will enable children to grow in their passion for God and_noemailpassion for people, while providing vision, leadership, support, management, and equipping to the staff and servant leaders of the Empowered Kids Ministry Team. The successful candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field (or its equivalent), with a minimum of five years of applicable ministry training/experience within a church of 3,000+ attendees. The scope of skills and past experiences of the ideal candidate will include (but are not limited to):

-Demonstrated managerial skills
-Excellent written and oral_noemailmunication abilities
-Ability to handle multiple tasks with deadlines
-Respond flexibly to changing priorities
-Exceedingly strong interpersonal skills
-An aptitude for_noemailanizational decision making and analytical problem solving
-Ability to execute the larger vision of Water of Life Community Church while meeting ministry objectives in details
-Capability of maintaining confidentiality and resolving issues according to Matthew 18 and submitting to Water of Life structure according to Exodus 18
-Proven ability to recruit, motivate, manage, and equip staff of oversight
-A history of working collaboratively with parents and volunteers within a large church
