The Event Marketing Coordinator will research, coordinate, execute and evaluate marketing events as part of the strategic marketing plan, to recruit campers and families to the summer camp ministries of Sky Ranch Christian Camps. It will provide support to the Marketing Director and VP of Sales and Marketing through creation of documents and reports related to the strategic marketing plan. The position will discover, schedule, staff and attend all marketing events according to the event marketing schedule. It will provide strong support for the SkyMoms ministry events. The position will maintain documented evaluations for each event, ensure that each event has the necessary banners, marketing collateral, giveaways and other supplies necessary for hosting a successful event. It will create and participate in social media campaigns, participate in marketing research, data analysis and manage process for donation requests. It leads and participates in various phone call campaigns, tracks and manages process for various sponsorships and advertising requests from strategic partners and communicates the mission of Sky Ranch to the public at all times. The position will office in our Dallas location.
