Qualified candidates should possess the following: Be a committed believer in Jesus Christ and active in a local church. Ministry experience would be beneficial. Minimum of 10 year's business experience with the opportunity to lead a division and lead people. Current or former Sky Ranch camper mom is essential. Prefer a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in marketing and/or event planning. A strong working knowledge of social medial and technology with proven success as well as excellent organizational, presentation and relational skills. Ability to work weekends during the summer to recruit SkyMom's is required.
