Adult Discipleship Director (Waxhaw)
Job Description:
This full-time position will be responsible for implementing the mission and vision of all adult connection and discipleship environments for the Waxhaw campus. In addition, this position will participate in a multi-campus Adult Discipleship leadership team to develop church wide strategies.
Specific Duties:
Oversee and manage adult discipleship connections to the Forest Hill Community which includes implementing and optimizing connect events and monitoring congregation connection to next steps
Manage and optimize all facets of LifeGroup Ministry which includes shepherding and pastoral supporting LifeGroup leaders and participants, identifying, recruiting and developing potential LifeGroup leaders and conducting leader training and enrichment activities
Assist in maximizing meaningful assimilation
Monitor and facilitate effective membership objectives
Assisting with maximizing_noemailmunity service opportunities
Serving as a LifeGroup Director as needed

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have 5 years of ministry experience (either paid or volunteer) and management experience, the ability to work well in a highly collaborative environment, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
