A. The candidate must be able to give faithful testimony and life witness of (1) consistent commitment to Christ, (2) spiritual gifting relevant to this particular ministry, (3) prior ministry experience with children and young families, with evidence of God's affirmation on those ministries, and (4) and genuine, abiding love for children and young families.
B. The candidate must be able to provide evidence of (1) adequate biblical education, (2) ministry experience appropriate to these responsibilities, and (3) a commitment to lifetime learning in order to become a more effective leader for children and young families.
C. The candidate should have successfully completed a high school education, achieving a GPA of 2.8 or better relative to a 4.0 scale (i.e. achieved a minimum "B minus" grade level). It is preferable, but not mandatory, that the candidate has successfully completed an Associates or Bachelor's degree at a reputable school of higher education.
