Blount Community Church (BCC), a growing non-denominational fellowship of believing and interested people, seeks an experienced children's ministry leader to guide the development of BCC Kids, our children's ministry that e_noemailpasses children ages birth through 6th grade. Our ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of progressive experience in a dynamic children's ministry with a demonstrated track record of guiding children and their families into a meaningful relationship with Jesus while effectively engaging and retaining volunteers who support the ministry in weekly and special service roles.
