Primary Responsibilities and Activities:
* Build church brand and increase public visibility
* Partner with ministry leaders to identify and deploy marketing strategies/external_noemailmunications for key church initiatives and events, developing and monitoring associated marketing budgets
* Write, create and deploy engaging content across all social media platforms as well as for print and web media
* Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics and effectiveness, using information to positively affect future ou_noemailes
* In partnership with the creative media team, develop and deploy print and website marketing materials as applicable
* Maintain current knowledge of best practices in the specific field of church_noemailmunications/social media as well as best business practices
* Develop and maintain media relationships, including maintaining an updated list of media relations contacts for press releases and other purposes
* Develop and deploy press releases and PSAs and coordinate onsite support of media contacts present at events
* Recruit and deploy unpaid servants to enhance and broaden Ginghamsburg's social media presence
* Generate purchase orders as needed
* Ensure smooth operation for all digital tools and applications (e.g. websites, platforms, etc.)
* Work with a team to analyze SEO and marketing metrics
* Train internal teams to use digital technologies and ensure brand consistency
* Suggest new optimization methods to improve the user experience
* Ensure web best practices are met
Since 2005, the congregation has invested over $8 million into sustainable humanitarian projects in the Sudan, South Sudan and Dayton. A member of the West Ohio Conference of United Methodist Churches, the church has an average annual weekly attendance of 4,632 with church campuses located at Tipp City - 6759 S County Rd 25A, Tipp City, OH 45371; Fort McKinley - 3721 W. Siebenthaler Avenue, Dayton, OH 45406 and The Point, 506 E. Main Street, Trotwood, OH 45426.
