Position Summary
We are currently looking for full-time and part-time Worship Leaders, who have a desire to develop their God-given talents to lead worship for Life Changing Realities Fellowship (LCRF).
Worship at LCRF is intentionally aimed at creating an excellent and creative experience to help the unchurched experience life change through Jesus Christ and to help believers celebrate God's presence in their lives.
It's essential that you have a high standard of musical and technical excellence and that you possess the leadership skills necessary to help others reach their potential.
The Worship Leader position has a large part in influencing and executing services, as well as leading and developing volunteers at both of our campuses (Angola, Indiana, and Edgerton, Ohio). If you are passionate about serving others, developing leaders, and taking part in leading life changing services this job is for you!

Competencies / Skills
To be proficient in music software (Ableton Live, Logic)
To be proficient in using Planning Center Online
To be proficient in developing leaders
To be a good_noemailmunicator (of vision and with volunteers)
To be capable of training musicians
To have knowledge and experience in all areas of worship leading
To be both a learner and a teacher
To be capable of training musicians. Team building skills; able to seek out and discover heart first, talent second; valuing a volunteer on-ramp and scheduling process that cares for each individual.
To be proficient in performing and training vocals, and 2 or more modern worship style instruments (electric guitar, keys, bass, drums, acoustic); preferably guitar and drums.
To be proficient in learning and transcribing/prepping music by ear; creating PCO chord charts, finding or creating correctly played tutorials, creating vocal references for BGVs
To be proficient in creativity and training of the technology side of modern worship; clicks, tracks, band/audio equipment, Mac OS
