A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required, and ordination with formal theological training is highly preferred for this role.

Meet the qualifications of an Elder (1 Timothy 3:2-7 and Titus 1:6-9).
Five years or more of experience preaching and leading in churches.
Excellent communicator. Comfortable in interacting with multi-national congregation.
Proven track record of growth.
Able to lead, energize and manage staff in a healthy way without micromanagement, but with mentoring, guidance, accountability and encouragement.
Be a team builder who is able to work effectively with the community, ministry teams and lay ministry leaders.
Have skills including organization, innovation, preaching, teaching, leader development, and designing ministry programs.
