POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Discovery Church is looking for a dynamic, innovative person to create, direct, and produce
our contemporary worship services. This position will unify Worship and Production ministries to ensure the vision of Discovery Church is a_noemailplished. The Creative Production Director will also assist with the various age groups and special events. This position will be responsible for developing an inspiring, mutually supportive and authentic volunteer based production team. To clarify, this is not an onstage position or a worship leader position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the Pastor, Worship Director and Technical Manager to create a Cohesive, impactful, spiritually authentic worship service.
Create and build creative elements and sermon illustrations as necessary.
Plan and_noemailanize outreach events on and off campus.
Assist the Technical Manager and Worship Director on an as needed basis.
Assist with recruiting volunteers for Worship and Production ministries.
Develop solid working relationships with Pastors and Ministry Leaders(MLT)
Provide/Direct the musical and technical support for all Discovery Church events as needed.
Lead, shape and oversee the_noemailanizational relationships of the worship team and production team including but not limited to the following: logistics, lighting tech, sound engineering, video tech and overall relational health.
Develop a volunteer based tech team that is inspirational, motivational and encouraging. Develop qualities that excite our spiritual thirst for the life giving Spirit of Christ.
Assist in_noemailanizing rehearsals as needed, media presentation and strategic planning.
Create a desire in our faith_noemailmunity to give God their very best by instilling an atmosphere of excellence that invites the Holy Spirit.

Qualifications:
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Mature, dynamic, strong and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
2 yearsf experience in related field.
Strong team leadership skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Passion for excellence in the complete worship experience.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelorfs Degree in relevant field of study.
Experience with live and studio production, or theater production.
Video Editing skills utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience with DMX lighting software and hardware
