Job description for Lead Pastor:

Cast vision
Provide leadership and strategy for the growth, health, and impact of the church
Chairman of church council
Executive of church operations
Direct the work of the church staff
Provide training for staff and volunteers (identify, recruit, train, and deploy)
Primary teaching pastor
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year 

About Nooksack Valley CCC:

A debt free, non-denominational, rural church in a growing community of Western Washington along the Canadian border is seeking full-time lead pastor with a Shepherd's heart. We are a welcoming group of folks (70-100) encompassing the full spectrum of ages, life experiences and church backgrounds. We are a young church with a passion to see God's Kingdom influence increase in our community as well as disciple believers at all stages into greater depths of spiritual maturity. We desire to see the spiritual atmosphere of our community changed for God's glory through intentionally inspiring HOPE and Freedom in Christ. Please send resume and sample sermon.
 

Qualifications:

Preferred:
Minimum 5 years of senior pastor experience
Bachelor's degree, additional education beneficial but not required
