Executive Pastor
The role of "Executive Pastor" is for a strong leader with a desire to work with an executive leadership team where they will bring their vision, strength and influence.

You are/have: 40+ years old (the goal is life experience; it is not about the number)
15 years of pastoral or relevant leadership experience (the goal is leadership experience, not a number)
Experienced both the joy and pain of following Jesus
Vision and experience in developing leaders across social and ethnic boundaries as a display of the power of the Gospel
A passion for Local Missions
A man of character and follower of Jesus Christ that ministers out of his own transformation process
Comfortable and experienced in working and leading in a multi-ethnic environment
A proven leader and motivated to develop people
A person who takes action, solves problems and gets things done
Someone to whom people are drawn
Someone whose life is characterized by setting goals and a_noemailplishing them

What you will do:
Participate on Leadership Team
Work with Lead Pastor and other Senior Associate to help keep the pace of vision moving forward, troubleshooting vision
Executive planning for Governing Elders
Define and create new areas of leadership and vision in cooperation with the Lead Pastor and Senior Associate
Administration
Oversee Office Staff and systems (CCB Database, online giving, etc)
Oversee facility management of 1987 South Lincoln Ave as a tool to serve our_noemailmunity and to a_noemailplishment the mission of the Living Faith family of churches
Communications
Lead_noemailwork-wide_noemailmunications
Oversee web-based church calendar and website
Oversee team to create and distribute promotional materials
Implement Financial Strategies
Oversee finances of the churches in service to the treasurer and GE's
Timely vision-based yearly budget
Local Missions
Develop a_noemailwork of local missions leaders
Create opportunities for collaboration,_noemailworking and resourcing
Implement discipleship themes among teams
Connect people to serving on an appropriate ministry team
Spiritual Gifts deployment
Taste of Mission: facilitate two strategic Taste of Mission Weekends per year
