Youth Ministry Leader Job - Drexel First Baptist Church, Drexel, North Carolina

1. Oversee the direction of all Youth Ministry
Develop goals and written strategies (and implements strategies) to build and maintain a Youth Program
Plan a calendar of retreats, events, and service opportunities and coordinates implementation
Regularly_noemailworks with other youth ministries, churches, and_noemailanizations
Recruits volunteers to assist with Youth Program
Coordinates and participates in youth fundraising with Youth Ministry Team
Collaborates with and shares progress with Youth Ministry Team at least quarterly
In coordination with Youth Ministry Team, develop an annual budget and submit requests to Finance Ministry

2. Assist Children's Ministry
In coordination with the Children's Ministry Team, assist with planning and developing curriculums/educational programs for children through the fifth grade
Actively participate in planned events/activities whenever necessary to fulfill tasks to reach successful ou_noemailes
Network with other churches children's ministry programs, research, or through educational opportunities to r_noemailmend programs and teaching materials appropriate to children's needs
In coordination with the Children's Ministry Team, develop an annual budget and submit to Finance Ministry
