Salary: $20k-$24k annually based upon experience

Personal Characteristics and Requirements
Actively engaged in regular personal Bible study and prayer
Lifestyle characteristic of elders/deacons described in 1Tim 3:2-13
Evidence of regular investment in personal/professional growth
Enthusiastic about Graces vision and in agreement on doctrinal essentials
Currently active in leadership at local church
Required Skills
Proficiency in singing, playing guitar and/or piano
Proficiency in leading teams with a spirit of collaboration
Good_noemailmunication skills working with a diverse group of people
Able to provide video links demonstrating worship leading skills
Overview of Responsibilities
Lead worship on Sunday mornings reflective of a blended style of worship mostly contemporary (ie. Hillsong, Bethel, etc.) without abandoning deep roots of hymns.
Work directly with Lead Pastor to develop the Sunday Morning worship service
Facilitate leadership and development of the worship team
Collaborate with sound, lighting and media teams related to Sunday Morning worship
Education:
Undergrad preferred but not required
Seminary training encouraged
