CrossPoint is a multi-generational church with a growing number of young families (with lots of kids!) who are passionate about serving God in our surrounding communities.

Our Mission: We exist to make more and better disciples for Jesus Christ (Acts 16:5).

Our Vision: To grow as a diverse, multi-generational community reaching more people to know Jesus Christ and to make Him known. To encourage a growing number of people to prioritize 3 practices for maximum joy in following Jesus:

1) Worship God Together.
- We want our Worship to be God-Centered, Gospel Saturated, and Contemporary to our place and time.
2) Connect to Community Together.
- Through Life Groups, seasonal and topical classes, and Focus Groups.
3) Serve in Ministry Together to make more and better disciples for Jesus.
- Sharing our Talents with the church.
- Sharing our Testimony outside of the church.
- Sharing our Time in the church.
- Impacting the local community spiritually and socially.
 

Excellent Teaching/Preaching
-An emphasis on Bible based, expository teaching.
-Must be a student of the Word and have good study habits.
-Must make scripture relevant and applicable.
-Pastoral. Able to relate to and serve the congregation well.
-Passionate. Confident in what he teaches, and not afraid to challenge the congregation.

Education Level
-MDiv preferred, but lower degree acceptable depending on gifting and experience.

Spiritual Gifts
-Gifts must include preaching/teaching.
-Some admin skills preferred, but not required.
-Counseling/Shepherding experience preferred.
-Able to cast vision.
-Team builder

Experience
-Senior Pastor experience preferred, but not required, depending on other pastoral experience.
-Associate Pastor experience minimum.
