Groups Director Job - Hope Lake Country, Nashotah, Wisconsin

Primary Responsibilities
Oversee Groups – you recruit, train and provide ongoing coaching for our Group leaders to be successful.
Oversee the Groups system – Build the system to keep pace with church growth and keep Group Leaders growing in their spirituality and leadership skills.

Requirements
The Groups Director must be able to skillfully execute the following:
Recruit and develop new Group leaders while providing ongoing training and support for current Group leaders
Develop the appropriate systems to keep Group Leaders informed, growing and on-mission
Meet with group leaders on a regular basis to mentor and shepherd them in their group leadership
Visit Groups to evaluate and provide feedback and mentor leaders
Be the point of contact person for_noemailplex or difficult Group issues
Develop training sessions and materials for Group leaders
Be an active part of Hope Church—participating in a Hope Group, present at Sunday morning services, attend Hope Church staff meetings and actively embedded into the Hope culture.
Play a key role in helping people at Hope Church take their next steps in engagement.
Lead and perform additional tasks as identified by the candidate and Hope Church.
