Ministry Development Responsibilities:
Work with Executive Minister to enhance existing and initiate new ministries
Assist Executive Minister and Senior Pastor with volunteer recruitment
Ensure the integrity of member database: input, records and reports
Provide administrative support to church staff and ministries as needed
Skills Required:
Ability to maintain assigned programs and systems; ability to troubleshoot assigned programs
Working knowledge of database systems and support
Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional member service skills
Excellent problem solving skills and willingness to constantly renew required knowledge
Familiarity with the following programs preferred, but not required: Office 365
