Illustrative Tasks *
Manage activity schedule including building open and close, HVAC, and custodial.
Coordinate activities inter-departmentally to mitigate conflict.
Inspect custodial and maintenance to ensure that property is well maintained.
Investigate_noemailplaints about service and equipment, and take corrective action.
Interact with outdoor care volunteers.
First contact with security and fire alarm_noemailpanies for trouble signals and alarms.
Inventory of supplies and place online orders.
Providing scheduling for custodial and maintenance.

Special Consideration
The Administrative Assistant – Facilities, must be willing and able to be on call 24/7 for unexpected events in his/her area of oversight.

Compensation
Full Hourly wage
Monday – Friday (partial) & Sunday (partial)
Some overtime pay
Pay range $9.50 to $11.50 per hour

Software —Windows XP & 2007, Outlook, Word, Publisher, Excel, Shelby, Web-based A/C interface
