Operationalize Tabernacle's staff, Partner, facility, financial, and spiritual resources toward the vision and mission
Create and maintain systems and processes that create value for Tabernacle and uphold individuality for each Partner and guest
Assist the Executive Pastoral Team

Reports to: Pastor of Spiritual Formation
Status: Full-time, exempt
Benefits: HRA with maximum limit

Role & Responsibilities

Operationalize the Vision and Mission
Human Resources
Oversee Pastoral Residents and Ministry Interns
Oversee PT Staff and staff meetings
Work with the Sunday morning teams and help equip them for Sunday Celebration roles
Help maintain relationships with_noemailmunity partners and participate in collaboratives that promote the_noemailmon good
Maintain and execute employee handbook; leasing and other contracts; payroll; hiring,_noemailpensation, health insurance; role descriptions; documentation; performance reviews, etc.
Financial Resources
Oversee bookkeeper and finance team
Plan and monitor the budget
Set and follow policies and procedures for financial accountability and solid tracking of financial history and data
Spiritual Resources
Serve the teaching team and other teams by creating booklets and other resources
Keep team member resources focused on the spiritual significance of the Formation Areas and the Liturgical Year
Facility Resources
Oversee the Community Administrator, who manages the facility day-to-day, and work with them to bring the facility into service of the_noemailmunity.

Create and Maintain Systems and Processes
Formation Areas
Ensure teams have measurable goals in place and procedures for tracking progress
Hospitality & Assimilation
Check in with Sunday morning teams and support through technology and other resources as needed.
Maintain the database along with the Community Administrator
Ensure the congregation is informed through multiple outlets
Create the yearly calendar and keep the congregation focused on key dates through emails, website, and other mediums
Understand our multicultural Partners and_noemailmunicate with a diversity of persons in mind.
Create sign up forms and other pathways for Partners to engage in the work of ministry
Oversee the yearly operational plan of Tabernacle
Maintain and be knowledgeable about_noemailanizational policies and procedures,_noemailputer systems, and documents

Assist Executive Pastoral Team
Provide administrative support and coordinate special projects for the EPT.
Serve as the liaison between the EPT and_noemailmunity leaders and/or_noemailanizations
Help Pastors develop pathways for emerging and existing leaders
Provide oversight and direction in the development of new ministry opportunities discovered in the church and the_noemailmunity.
Assist with meeting preparations through production of documents, handouts, reports, meal planning, reminders, etc.
