Associate Pastor
Job Description:
Bermudian Church in East Berlin PA, is looking for a_noemailmitted Christ follower to join our ministry as a full-time Associate Pastor. The church is a vibrant rural church of about 165 members with a mission to enable every person in our_noemailmunity to experience the living Christ in transforming ways. We strive to a_noemailplish this through a variety of ministries inside and outside the church. The person called to this position will be responsible for the youth and young adult ministries of the church. This will include both discipleship and outreach to those in this age group inside and outside the church. The position will also include visitation of members and friends of the church from a variety of age groups and a variety of life situations. There will be opportunities to preach and assist the Lead Pastor in various ministries. The Associate Pastoral candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor Degree and actively pursuing a seminary degree with_noemailpletion within five years. A Seminary degree is preferred.
