About Oak Grove Church:

Oak Grove Church is a regional Church near Shellsburg, IA, and the campus is in the middle of four different communities, Shellsburg, Urbana, Center Point, and Vinton, IA. People from these different communities attend Oak Grove. These towns are bedroom towns for some who work in Cedar Rapids, while some live in the country. Each of these communities is part of the Cedar Rapids, IA Metropolitan Area, and are located about 25 minutes north of Cedar Rapids, and about 35 miles southeast of the Cedar Falls/Waterloo area. For someone who likes to live in a more rural area, close to a Metro Area, there is great potential in the church for spiritual growth and for reaching out to the community with the gospel of Jesus Christ. The congregation is a mix of ages with a few more individuals over 60, has different ministries, and a great worship team. There is a wonderful facility here for ministry, and there is no indebtedness.
