Associate Pastor of Worship and Connections
Job Description:
The Associate Pastor of Worship and Connections will provide leadership in the areas of music worship and small group ministries that is in line with the overall vision, purpose and mission of our church. He should have a heart and passion for worship and for people that inspires participation and points them to Jesus. He should be capable of leading a blended style of worship with strong vocal ability and musical proficiency, including guitar and/or keyboard skills. He will be responsible for recruiting, training and shepherding those involved in the music ministry and small group ministry. His leadership in the areas of worship and connections should consistently encourage THBC in its mission to "know Christ and make Him known."
