ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES (not an exhasutive list)

Sweep, mop, scrub and polishe floors; sweep and vacuum rugs; spot-clean carpets
Empty, clean and line waste receptacles and dispose of trash
Wash doors, windows, walls, ceilings and furniture
Clean microwave ovens, stoves, coffee pots, refrigerators and kitchen appliances;
Polish metalwork; clean lighting fixtures and replace light bulbs and fluorescent tubes
Clean and disinfect restrooms
Restock restroom supplies as necessary
Report the need for maintenance and repair; strip, seal and buff floors
Close windows, turn off lights and lock doors to secure buildings
Maintain equipment and materials in proper condition
Keep basic records of work performed, time sheets, work logs, etc.
Observe safe working practices, including maintaining storage areas in a safe condition
Correct or reports any safety or fire hazards
Use a wide variety of tools, equipment and supplies
Follow label instructions to mix and dilute cleansers, disinfectant and stripping agents to ensure proper strength for use
Assist other maintenance personnel in maintaining buildings and fixtures; operates vehicles to deliver supplies and materials
Set up furniture, tables and chairs for banquets, special meetings and other scheduled events
Move office furniture and equipment and make minor repairs.
Required to work scheduled weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
