Campus Womens Pastor Job - Bayou City Fellowship, Houston, Texas

The Women's Pastor for Bayou City Fellowship is responsible for overseeing the development and coordination of ministry to the women of Bayou City Fellowship - Spring Branch. This role operates under the leadership of the Lead Pastor.
Responsibilities

Coordinate programs for women that offer opportunities for discipleship, spiritual growth, and_noemailmunity building.


Build, lead, and maintain necessary volunteer teams to a_noemailplish ministry goals


Work with existing ministries and structures to equip and mobilize women to be and make disciples of Jesus


Cast ministry vision and establish goals by prioritizing related programs


Initiate and lead the processes of evaluation, change and growth in women's ministries


Manage an annual budget for the women's ministry


Organize and oversee special events for women such as Overflow, Gathering Generations, and other events.


Pray regularly for the women of the church and God's direction

A demonstrated history of character, integrity, and moral principles.


Strongly motivated and shows initiative.

Requirements

Previous ministry experience required


Bachelor's degree preferred


Strong verbal and written_noemailmunication skills


Ability to address issues and counsel from a Biblical perspective


Excellent planning and_noemailanization skills

Additional Notes

Modified Work week Sunday – Thursday, 40+ hours per week


Some schedule flexibility required for special events
