Job Description:

The Children's Ministry Director/ Pastor will lead and oversee our nursery through 5th grade ministry. We are looking for someone with a passion for evangelism, and a heart for the_noemailmunity, to create environments, activities and programming for nurturing spiritual growth in kids and families. The Children's Ministry Director / Pastor will build and lead volunteer teams and other Children Ministry staff in_noemailanizing weekly Children Worship and Sunday School, AWANA, and other summer and special events.

Qualifications:

Passion for kids and a strong desire to lead them to Jesus (Gospel minded).
Forward thinking, high energy.
Able to effectively build, train, and lead volunteer teams.
Proven ability to build healthy systems and processes.
Excellent at communicating with people of all ages and different cultural backgrounds.
Fluency in English is required. Mandarin is desirable.
Bachelor degree. Seminary degree a plus.
Minimum three years experience in a ministry leadership role(s).
