Education, Experience, and Compensation
The leadership of Tidal Creek is ready to add someone to our team who brings a strong background of education and experience to the role as Children's Pastor/Director.
Required experience/education:
-A strong understanding and successful application of childhood spiritual development.
-A degree in childhood education or children's ministry is preferred.
-7-10 years experience in Children's Ministry with 5 years of experience in Children's Ministry Leadership
**Please note, the compensation for this position is definitely commensurate with a strong background in Children's Ministry.
