Job Description:
Responsible for providing vision, teaching, direction, training and management for all the functions and activities of Children's Ministry-Birth through 5th grade, including the Mother's Day Out (MDO) Program. This individual provides oversight of the selection and implementation of all teaching material and classroom curriculum, alongside the PFC Executive Pastor, in accordance with the doctrine of Pathpoint Fellowship Church. This Pastor also maintains oversight of staff and volunteers, along with parent and community relations to ensure the facility maintains a standard of excellence in every area.
