Children's Pastor Job - International Community Church, Frederick, Maryland

This Children's Pastor position is responsible for the supervision, development and_noemailanization of all our church department ministries from Nursery to 5th grade students (ages 0 to 12 years old). International Community Church is a very multi-cultural congregation and would require someone who has experience with a multi-cultural church.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Supervise and give support to all ministry leaders, teachers and teams of ministry groups from Nursery to 5th grade students (ages 0 to 12 years old)
Meet regularly with all ministry team leaders and teachers
Develop and train children's ministry workers
Run our weekly Kids' Church Sunday Services in our gymnasium
Oversee Sunday morning and mid - week bible children's classes (including nursery and preschool)
Organize all children's ministry events:
Kids' Easter Event
*Kids' Summer Camp
*Kidfest
Vacation Bible School
Kids Fall Festival
Our annual Children's Christmas Program.
* Indicate events which are_noemailanized and sponsored by another_noemailanization which our kids participate in. Due to the cost of these events, normally fundraising is required to assist with students participating.
