Job Description:

Our_noemailmunication needs have expanded, and we are seeking a talented Communications Manager that we can add to our team as they use their gifts to serve our congregation. This position will lead the Communications team of staff and volunteers.

The ideal candidate is one who has received Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. He/she shall be a person of spiritual maturity and leadership abilities. They will be responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and management of a range of online & offline_noemailmunication strategies. This will be achieved through a_noemailbination of_noemailmunications, public affairs, e-marketing development_noemailmunication strategies, digital media, and social media. The Communications Manager gives clear direction on objectives, manages responsibilities, and focuses on quality assurance.


Develop_noemailmunications and campaigns; roll-out plans and promotional strategies
In conjunction with the digital media manager, create, adapt, improve and optimize web_noemailmunication
Manage the corporate branding
Develop/maintain social media profiles and quality assurance
Develop other, relevant social media outlets to support and expand our digital presence
Manage PR and press relations
Assist in the preparation and drafting of various_noemailmunications (email, social media) including at times special video scripts for senior pastor and voice-overs
Email marketing and Inbound marketing management
Email campaign development and implementation
Manage inbound marketing system, including campaign development and data analysis
Optimize print, social media campaigns to generate engagement and brand exposure
Identify appropriate print and social media channels for targeted campaigns
Transform content to ensure easy sharing with social_noemailworks

Ensure a communication strategy is in place to connect with and resource projects church-wide
Utilize reporting and metrics to measure the effectiveness of projects/strategies
Build relationships with additional campus ministry area leaders and collaborate as needed with ministry area projects that impact other areas of ministry on the campuses
Ability to evaluate choices critically,
