The ideal candidate is one who has received Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. He/she shall be a person of spiritual maturity and leadership abilities. They will be responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and management of a range of online & offline communication strategies. This will be achieved through a combination of communications, public affairs, e-marketing development communication strategies, digital media, and social media. The Communications Manager gives clear direction on objectives, manages responsibilities, and focuses on quality assurance.
Develop communications and campaigns; roll-out plans and promotional strategies
In conjunction with the digital media manager, create, adapt, improve and optimize web communication
Manage the corporate branding
Develop/maintain social media profiles and quality assurance
Develop other, relevant social media outlets to support and expand our digital presence
Manage PR and press relations
Assist in the preparation and drafting of various communications (email, social media) including at times special video scripts for senior pastor and voice-overs
Email marketing and Inbound marketing management
Email campaign development and implementation
Manage inbound marketing system, including campaign development and data analysis
Optimize print, social media campaigns to generate engagement and brand exposure
Identify appropriate print and social media channels for targeted campaigns
Transform content to ensure easy sharing with social networks
