Job Description:
You will provide musical and spiritual leadership for the Contemporary (modern) Worship Service and worship team, so that the service connects worshipers with God, each other, and seekers!
Lead worship weekly and coordinate worship team schedule for musicians and vocalists. Will also prepare for weekly rehearsals on Thursday evenings. In partnership with the lead pastor, will design quality worship services. Coordinate the worship team schedule in ways that maximizes quality music and insures quality worship weekly. Must be an active learner to intentionally be on the cutting edge of worship technology and songs.
This is a paid position with an average of 8-10 hours weekly for approximately 48 of 52 weeks per year.

Qualifications:
Degree in music or extensive training and work experience.
Minimum 2 years exp. leading Contemporary Worship in a medium size church, or practical
equivalent.
Experience with instrumental and vocal teams.
Experience with piano or guitar and vocal singing ability a must.
Experience or training in arranging music.
Proficiency using MainStage Logic and/or Ableton on a Mac, so that we have the capability of
integrating computer technology with musical aptitude.
