The Creative Arts Visual Design Coordinator is the driving force behind creative design for
weekend service, special visual media for events and marketing materials at Life Changing Realities (LCRF). The Media Production Coordinator will also maintain a team for the video and lighting teams for special events and weekend services. This is done by recruiting, developing, training and maintaining teams of volunteers.
Duties and Responsibilities -
Communications Arts: Responsible for creation of advertising needs for anything visual media for weekends, Move youth group, and special events.
These areas include:
Graphics: Responsible for majority of graphics creation: marketing, events, NewsFlush, business cards, special printable promotions (ex: bookmarks, t-shirts with graphics), web slides.
Web Design: design, update and maintain lcrfwired_noemail
Social Media: Work with Communications Manager in uploading graphical content and managing connections so each media_noemailwork "talks" to one another.
Production Arts: Responsible video creation and web capturing.
These areas include:
Video Creation: Driving force behind and video creation and/or capturing for an event or message. Main focus is digital creation/typography and purchasing/capturing videos from the web.
Service Visual Media: Receive the sermon notes; create a media visual to be shown in all the services.
Lighting/Media: responsible for recruiting, training and maintaining a team for special events, weekends and Move youth services to run the lighting board and media presentation in the AVL booth.
Bottomline: If the words vector, pixel, digital, writing code, cmyk, full bleed and typography mean anything to you, you probably serve with the visual media production coordinator.

Experience in developing, sustaining, and leading teams of volunteers.
Expert in communications arts, production arts and technical arts.
Able to successfully handle multiple projects at once, manage people, and manage task & marketing requests.
Excellent time-management skills and able to hit hard deadlines.
Able to see the small details of advertisement, but not get bogged down by the weight of requests, knowing there is a
greater mission at stake.
Able to articulate in layman's terms to other who may not understand the lingo of the arts.
Able to work with other big picture-minded people, be coachable, honest, & open with the entire
Life Changing Realities Staff.
