Interested candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to:
- Effectively and efficiently manage and schedule personnel for the day to day operation of the facility.
- Communication effectively and clearly in both written and verbal communications with both team members and families served by our facility.
- Exercise wise stewardship over the resources of the facility.
- Manage the acquisition of supplies necessary for the operations of the facility.
- Manage office staff in the tasks of billing, payroll processing, record keeping, and filing.
- Work with State and Local officials in developing and implementing clear protocols for safety and organizational operations.
- A willingness to attend worship services at Faith Assembly Church on a regular basis. (Extraordinary circumstances may be grounds for an exemption)
A degree in Early Childhood Development is a plus but negotiable.
Experience in Childcare services is also advantageous but negotiable.
