COMMUNICATIONS MINISTRY OVERSIGHT (40%)
Heart of a storyteller and ability to use media to reach others with the Gospel.
Creates and implements the marketing strategy for web, social media, advertising, external promotions, digital media and printed materials
Oversees all_noemailmunication channels (physical and digital)
Oversees the creative direction of brand guidelines, event and program branding, all
print and digital collateral, online presence, social media platforms and environments
Supervises_noemailmunications team and contractors to create collateral and campaigns that promote the mission of Rolling Hills
Designs and provides creative direction of visual_noemailmunication assets for bulletins, brochures, newsletters, events, sermon series, programs, event branding, etc.
Oversees and manages the overall look, function and content of websites and apps
Organize and manage digital assets library
Ensures all promotional copy has one voice
Provides creative options and conceptual designs for ministry needs
Develop a growing team of volunteers from the faith family that share relevant gifting in_noemailmunication, social media and design.
Work alongside Worship Arts & Engagement Pastor in the preparation and execution of our weekly online gatherings.
ONLINE COMMUNITY FACILITATION (30%)
Develop online relationships with viewers through social media, podcasts, posted video content and livestream events.
Create and use various digital pathways in partnership with the Engagement Pastor for online connection and spiritual formation next steps.
Develop a volunteer team to coach and manage online_noemailmunication and discipleship with viewers.
Creatively develop new ways to engage members of RH through online platforms outside of the Sunday Gatherings.
Encourage and resource our various ministries to develop more digital pathways of engagement and connection in addition to our primary Sunday Gathering livestream
Fulfill special projects as requested from the Executive Team
PASTORAL & STRATEGIC (30%)
This role coordinates and oversees the online streaming services, manages volunteer teams, and is the first point of contact for online viewers.
This role is responsible for developing pathways for on-line viewers to connect with in-person services, events and small groups. They will also monitor and respond to online analytics and metrics.
This role is responsible for connecting unchurched people with your church's online services. This person creates and leverages a social media strategy, online marketing, Google keywords, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn ads, topical online events and watch parties to connect with unchurched people, and move them to online viewers and in-person attenders.
Facilitate active digital and virtual pathways of engagement with the church as a whole, outside of the weekend gatherings.
Participate in our weekly staff huddles.
Align with Elder determined priorities regarding 4DX processes, WARS, goals and accountability.
Participate in Complete Pastoral duties such as Pastor on Call, Weddings and Funerals as assigned.
