Director of Family Ministries Job - Greenwich Presbyterian Church, Nokesville, Virginia

Faith: Maturing Christian faith evidenced by an understanding of the Bible, an active prayer life, moral integrity, and healthy relationships. Able to support the mission and leadership of Greenwich Presbyterian Church without reservation.

Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred in a field related to Christian Education, Youth Ministry, education or human development.
 Experience: Minimum 5 years of supervised ministry focused on faith formation with families and children in the context of the church, para-church, or other setting.

Administration: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong personal initiative and time management. Demonstrated ability to plan, follow-through, and work with volunteers. Facility with word processing and general ease with information technology.

Communication: Strong interpersonal and relational skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. The ability to work with and in teams.
