Job Description:

Director of Kids@FHC-Uptown

This full time person will be responsible for developing all aspects of ministry for children's ministry environments at Forest Hill's Uptown campus.  Additionally, this position is responsible for contributing to the leadership of Kids@FHC at all campuses.
 
Specific Responsibilities Include:
¥ Serve as member of the Leadership Team for Kids@FHC Global, with specific tasks and management responsibilities
¥ Oversee and manage all aspects of children and student ministry at Forest Hill-Uptown (birth-12th grade). 
¥ Help develop and minister to families at Forest Hill-Uptown
¥ Recruit, hire and develop all staff for Kids@FHC at Forest Hill-Uptown and the Global Creative Team
¥ Help develop Kids@FHC  staff and volunteers
¥ Participate as a member of the leadership team at Forest Hill-Uptown
 

 

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will have training and/or experience in child development, have experience managing and developing others, and be comfortable working with creative individuals and managing a distributed workforce. Must be highly relational with the ability to interact comfortably with children, students and adults, and be able to give direction and constructive guidance to others.  Must have passion for spreading the gospel and passion for children as well as experience in an educational setting and/or Forest Hill children's environments preferred.  Pastoral training and experience are highly preferred. Interested candidates should send their resume to hr@foresthill.org
