Job Description:
The Music Director plays a vital and integral role in our church's ministry and is a leadership partner in shaping our musical vision and direction in a blended style worship format. This position involves leading musical performances, mentoring musicians, and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and growth. The Music Director will work closely with various teams to strengthen the worship life of our church. Our congregation loves song and is looking for an energetic leader with a passion for serving while sharing their faith and love of God through song and leading others in song.
Job duties including leading rehearsals and performances; directing vocal and instrumental groups; mentoring musicians; assisting with planning of worship services; developing and directing a children's music program; leading congregational singing; preparing, submitting, and monitoring annual budgets; and communicating effectively with team members.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in music and two years' experience directing higher education choral groups.
Demonstrated ability to lead, direct, and inspire others with a Christian faith-based servant leadership style.
Knowledge and understanding of church music.
