Job Description:
The Lutheran Church of Webster Gardens is currently seeking qualified candidates who are interested in serving the Congregation as the Director of Small Groups and Neighborhood Ministries. We are looking for a highly relational and strategic leader to advance this ministry and_noemailmunicate the vision of Small Groups and Neighborhood Groups in all settings, large and small. This individual will identify, develop, and deploy people in the ministry, effectively build and manage a strong lay-leadership team, and partner and collaborate with pastors and other ministry leaders.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years in ministry, Small Group experience preferred, with proven strength in leadership development –displaying the ability to disciple, coach and develop leaders. Strong_noemailmunication skills are a must! This is a full-time position with great benefits. Salary_noemailmensurate with education and experience.
