Job Responsibilities:
Programming:
Manage, update, and distribute schedules, agendas, order of service, checklists
Manage and produce weekend services
Gives oversight to Wednesday night student services
Meeting with student pastoral team
Wednesday nights are for DTP volunteer development
Facilitate the implementation of all technical aspects of the weekly services
Make sure each team member has what they need and that they are accurate
Coordinate needs with the Worship Team
Communicate_noemailmunion needs with We_noemaile Team Director
Help in the planning process, practically and creatively, for Sunday services and other ministry and outside events
Stage set up for the worship center as it relates to band, singers, resets, stage design, event set up and tear down
Secure media (videos, slides, etc.) for use in Sunday and Wednesday services from CD
Input all content for services
Work with CD to_noemailmunicate new series, announcements, and other promotional materials
Update and administer Planning Center Online as necessary
Be the single point of contact for programming needs on campus
Technical Arts:
Manage all tech and production systems across campus – system design, installations, operation, training, maintenance, and repair
Design, implement and maintain best practices for audio, video, lighting, and other technical procedures
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with tech and production equipment
Oversee maintenance of all production equipment
Investigate equipment improvements across campus as necessary
Coordinate with the Facilities Director regarding special events including weddings, funerals, and extracurricular activities on campus in order to provide tech needs
Provide batteries, necessary adapters, cables, and accessories to keep weekend service functioning
Be the single point of contact for tech needs on campus
Staff/Volunteering:
Manage scheduling of Programming and Tech volunteers
Recruit new volunteers
Train and equip volunteers for the weekend services as well as church events including weddings, retreats, and other functions
Provide assistance to other tech team members when needed
