Candidates must have a deep commitment to a Christian way of life; be able to work well with youth, young adults and parents; and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Position requires cultural savvy such as understanding families and youth needs, interests, and seeing that those needs are being met. Candidates must be able to use technology in their day-to-day duties; be able to plan, organize, lead, and guide complex projects and activities; be willing to work cooperatively with others maintaining a positive outlook and disposition; and maintain confidentiality at all times. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, including theological experience is required. Knowledge of United Methodist Church curriculum is preferred.
