About 222 Foundation:

The 222 Foundation is a 501(c)3 public charity that exists to equip the next generation of Christian leaders. We partner with students to provide them support personally, financially and spiritually.

The 222 Foundation partners with students to help them in three areas: personal growth, spiritual growth, and ministry development.

Personal growth includes mentoring related to their growth as a leader within their family as well as their church or ministry. Personal growth mentoring includes a student talking through experiences and opportunities with their Primary Mentor to grow personally and in their ministry. 222 also encourages the student’s connection with their studies to their future ministry goals and aspirations. Finally, we provide financial support to alleviate the burden of financial debt coming out of theological education.

Spiritual growth includes periodic encouragement in the student’s growth in the disciplines of the Christian faith including, but not limited to, personal spiritual development (Bible study, reading and prayer life), evangelism, equipping others and growth in the Fruits of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23).

Ministry development focuses on utilizing each student’s Primary Mentor to give each student partner skills and wisdom to help them succeed in specific areas of their vocational calling. Additionally, 222 has a team of Subject Matter Experts that are pulled into the mentoring process to cover certain topical areas that arise through mentoring. Some examples of these topics are personal finance, leadership, working with a ministry team, resolving conflict, and church planting.
