The role of the Executive Pastor is needed due to the significant growth at Central Ministries. Along with the growth of new members, we are also experiencing the excitement of ongoing expansions of our main campus. We have an average weekly attendance of over 2,000 with a devoted and enthusiastic staff of 30+ employees for both campuses located in Leo, Indiana, and Fort Wayne.

Interested candidates should have experience and a track record in developing staff, strategic visioning, operational excellence and effectively working with lead pastors and leadership teams in a church environment.

Responsibilities will include:

Provides support-partnership for Lead Pastor.
Create and maintain effective working relationships with Elder Board, Lead Pastor and Leadership Team.
Develops, implements and maintains day-to-day policies, procedures and practices for overall administrative functions.
Leads and manages staff and ministries through visioning, goal-setting and personal growth and development.
Fosters an environment of excitement and cohesiveness in the overall church staff.

Possess a servant's heart and ministry team attitude.
Minimum of 10+ years of leadership and management experience including overseeing budgets, ministry and employee development preferred.
Bachelor's degree in related field, advanced degree preferred.
Leadership and team development experience.
Demonstrated strong detail orientation and organizational skills.
High level of communication and emotional intelligence skills.
Strategic visioning and planning experience.
