The Executive Team Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the President and CEO. Major areas of responsibility include: scheduling/coordinating meetings, maintaining meeting and travel calendars, scheduling speaking engagements and related activities, conducting research, preparing presentations, and handling information requests. The person in this position must be able to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. This position must be able to work independently on projects, from conception to completion and work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with utmost discretion. It will also drive the President and CEO to meetings and special events. The position will office in Dallas, Texas.
