Job Description:
Bayside Creative Film exists to support the mission of Bayside Community Church through creative and informative film productions. We champion excellence in quality, relevance in style, and clarity in vision. We're looking for a well-rounded filmmaker with an advanced understanding of the entire filmmaking process. The ideal candidate should embrace Bayside's core values and mission statement, and be highly motivated, adaptable, and detail oriented. We create high quality work under sometimes tight deadlines, so it's necessary to be_noemailanized and able to work with a team in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, pitch and create new video concepts.
Lead the concept/writing, production/execution, post-production and distribution process of projects.
Collaborate closely with design design team to ensure brand/vision consistency and alignment.
Manage and_noemailanize media assets and filmmaking equipment.

Qualifications:
Must Haves:
3+ years professional filmmaking experience.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects.
Advanced understanding of camera, audio, lighting, and other production equipment operation.
Extensive understanding of the filmmaking process and taking a production from start to finish.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with DaVinci Resolve.
Proficiency in Maya or Cinema 4D.
Experience in script writing.
