OUR STAFF CULTURE
Our staff team is sold out to our mission: We support each other and encourage each other to reach beyond what's normal or expected. We love God, love people, pursue excellence and choose joy. Our staff team in this season is skilled and small. We function like a family. Ongoing_noemailmunication around expectations, calendar, growth and your own leadership development. We have weekly staff debriefs and monthly all staff gatherings that include staff and some of our key volunteer leaders. We realize that it's the greatest privilege to lead others by serving them well. We are FOR one another. We always assume the best. We help each other shoulder the weight of ministry.
