SECTION 2: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and heart of a servant leader.
Excellent relational, communication, and organization skills and maintains a positive, can-do attitude; values personal growth and development; and demonstrates passion for positive change/willingness to grow and change with ELC.
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal formats and build and maintain strong relationships.
Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide others when necessary.

SECTION 3: PROPOSED ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute ELC Kids services and events
Implement curriculum provided by ELC Kids Pastor for services
Schedule and maintain service and event planning
Maintain current working knowledge and adherence to state guidelines and minimum standards for classrooms
Create lesson plans for classrooms
Oversee props, snacks, and supplies for ELC Kids services
Communicate and collaborate with all departments, servant leaders, and parents
Interact with parents and offer biblical guidance for children
Collaborate with ELC Kids Pastor's and appropriate ministry teams to plan and execute events
Collaborate with Leadership Prep School and other departments to coordinate shared spaces
Work with members of ELC Kids staff to maintain consistent and accurate communication to parents
Build and oversee ELC Kids servant leader teams
Initiate prayer for kids and servant leaders
Disciple and train ELC Kids servant leaders
Schedule ELC Kids servant leader teams
SECTION 4: EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 1 year working for a ministry/church or 2 years serving in a leadership capacity for a ministry/church.
2-3 years working in a daycare or preschool setting
1-2 years working in a large team environment
